How to apply

Step 1: Choose Your Category

Explore Viz-Ability's seven gallery experiences and select the category (or up to 3 categories) that best represent your work in film, television, or animation. Each category has its own application, tailored to the creative disciplines it represents.

Step 2: Complete Your Application

Fill out the application form(s) and submit the requested materials. While each application is customized for its category, the overall process is similar across all seven sections.

Step 3: Meet with Our Team

After reviewing your application, the appropriate Viz-Ability director will contact you to schedule a brief phone or video conversation. This isn't a formal interview -- it's an opportunity for us to get to know you, learn about your career, journey, understand your goals, and discuss how you'd like your story and accomplishments represented within the gallery.

Step 4: Gallery Placement

If you've applied to more than 1 category, our team will determine which gallery experience best showcases your work on a visual scale and aligns with the overall exhibition. Every decision is made with the goal of presenting your career in the strongest and most meaningful way possible on YOUR terms.

Step 5: Join the Viz-Ability Community

Every applicant becomes part of the Viz-Ability community. While we strive to create a visual gallery display for as many participants as possible, some careers or disciplines may be better represented in other ways. If we determine that your experience isn't suited to a physical exhibit, you'll still be included in the Viz-Ability professional directory, which is shared with entertainment executives, producers, recruiters, and hiring professionals seeking talented disabled creatives.
