Whether you're an entertainment professional, student, artist, advocate, or simply someone who believes in creating more inclusive opportunities, we'd love to have you on our team. Volunteers play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional, and memorable experience for our participants and guests.

From assisting with gallery installation to welcoming attendees on Opening Night, every volunteer helps ensure disabled storytellers can showcase their work with confidence and connect with the people who can help shape their careers. No matter your experience, there's a place for you at Viz-Ability.

Viz-Ability is an emerging premier event and movement connecting disabled creatives with the entertainment industry they help shape. Through a résumé-forward platform showcasing talent, experience, and achievement, Viz-Ability serves as a bridge between disabled professionals and the studios, networks, productions, and industry leaders who can help advance their careers. By turning visibility into meaningful connection and opportunity, Viz-Ability is working toward a Hollywood where disabled creatives are not only seen, but recognized, hired, and empowered to shape the future of film, television, and animation.
